East Africa → global markets
EA Commodities connects credible East African supply with international demand, starting with origin-led coffee and expanding across agricultural commodities.

Origin knowledge

Grades, not shortcuts
Ethiopian export grades G1–G5 combine physical and cup quality. Broadly, G1 is the top tier, G2 high quality, and G3–G5 progressively lower export classifications. Exact thresholds vary by channel, so we confirm the lot standard, screen, defects and cup result.
Washed, natural, honey
Washed lots tend to read cleaner and brighter; naturals can be fruit-led and full-bodied; honey sits between the two when mucilage is partly retained.
Origin with context
Yirgacheffe, Sidama, Guji, Harrar, Limu and Jimma are trade references, not guarantees. Harvest, cultivar, station and drying shape every lot.
Quality file included
We help buyers specify moisture, screen size, defects, cup profile, packing, inspection and traceability before a contract is signed.
International trade, made clearer

1. Scope the brief
Define origin, crop, grade, process, volume, delivery window, packing, target market and commercial terms.
2. Sample and verify
Review samples, quality data, moisture, screen size, defect counts, cup notes, origin records and inspection requirements.
3. Contract and ship
Align the sale contract, Incoterm, payment method, packing, certificates, bill of lading and claims procedure before dispatch.
4. Deliver with visibility
Keep the buyer informed from origin handover to destination, while separating confirmed facts from assumptions and lot-specific evidence.
Connecting East African supply with international demand, with coffee at the centre and origin knowledge in every conversation.
